How we handle your information
This page explains what YARMAX receives when you contact us through the website and how that information is used.
Website operator
The operator’s details will be published once confirmed.
Information you provide
The form asks for your name and phone number. Your email, message, purchase purpose and preferred contact method help us respond. A property enquiry also includes the selected developer, project and property option, page language and page address.
Why we use it
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, select properties, confirm pricing and availability, arrange viewings and continue the conversation you started. Enquiries with the same phone number may be linked in the CRM so the manager can follow your request history.
How an enquiry is sent
The form sends your enquiry through the website server to Bitrix24. A confirmation appears after the CRM acknowledges receipt. If sending fails, the form displays an error and keeps your text on the page so you can try again. Vercel hosts the website. The server uses your IP address to limit request frequency; your IP address and browser information are not passed to the CRM. The enquiry includes the submission time and consent details when consent is provided in the form.
Referral information and browser storage
The website saves UTM campaign tags in your browser’s local storage and attaches them to enquiries to identify their source. You can remove them in your browser’s site data settings. A technical cookie may remember your language selection. No separate web analytics counters are connected in the current website version.
Messengers and external services
When a WhatsApp or Telegram button is available, it opens that service. Clicking the button without submitting a form does not create a CRM enquiry. The button does not give the website access to your subsequent conversation. The map loads images from OpenStreetMap. External services process requests under their own terms.
Corrections and deletion
To ask about, correct or request deletion of your enquiry information, use the operator contact on this page. Identify the enquiry you want us to find; the operator may ask you to verify ownership of the contact details before processing the request. Do not send passport information, payment details or documents through the form.
Data retention
The operator is confirming enquiry retention periods and deletion procedures. The confirmed terms will appear in the final version of this document.
Processing and data transfers
The CRM hosting region, transfer arrangements and applicable rules will be stated after the production portal is configured and the operator confirms them.
