About the developer
Retal Urban Development was founded in 2012 in the Eastern Province and is part of the Al Fozan Group. The company builds integrated residential communities under the Ayala, Nesaj, Ewan and Roya brands and partners with the National Housing Company, ROSHN (PIF), Saudi Tharwa, Nobu and Ritz-Carlton. Its portfolio counts 57 projects worth about SAR 53.4 billion, with more than 21,000 homes delivered. Retal is a public company listed on Tadawul.

A gated community of 285 fully finished villas in Riyadh, developed in partnership with the National Housing Company on a 93,483 m² site. Marble flooring, built-in kitchens, elevators, concealed air conditioning, full-height glazing, private landscaped gardens and shaded parking.
